Sending Your Items & Return Mailing
When sending your records and tapes to us please package them securely (special mailers for LP records and tapes are available - see photo below) and ensure you use the appropriate Royal Mail or courier service. Remember that Royal Mail's recorded/signed for service will only insure your items for up to £50.
Vinyl LP with cardboard mailer & stiffener
For valuable and treasured items we recommend posting via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service rather than standard first class or recorded. We'll send your parcel back and charge you the same price you paid to send them at the post office.

Please get in touch with us first by calling 0116 2885788 or email us. Let us know what you want to be transferred, we'll quote you the cost and we'll arrange a convenient time for you to deliver your items to us. Payment is due when you collect your copies and can be made by cash, cheque or debit/ credit card.
If you can't deliver your items in person you can order by post.

When ordering please ensure that you pay the correct amount for both the CD or DVD copies and the return mailing costs for your originals.
Cheques should be made payable to Knighton Music Group. Or call us and we'll
take your card details over the phone. We accept all major debit/ credit
cards.
